Stokes Bay Beach House is a great place to stay for you next holiday we can offer this perfect location for travellers who want to stay in one on the door step of one of the best beaches on the island but also have a limited budget for their accommodation.

Rates

3 days minimum stay.
High Season: $130 per night per couple and $15 for each extra person per night.
Low Season: June, July, August $100 for 2 and $15 for each extra person.
Linen is $15 per person per stay if required (includes sheets, pillow case and towel).

Conditions

Bookings online are invalid until confirmed.
Bookings confirmed on receipt of deposit (25% deposit required).
Balance required on arrival.
No bond required.
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival and up to 24 hours prior to arrival is 50% of total cost.
Cancellations received on day of arrival will recieve no refund.
