Stokes Bay Beach House is a great place to stay for you next holiday we can offer this perfect location for travelers who want to stay in one on the door step of one of the best beaches on the island but also have a limited budget for their accommodation.
Rates
- 3 days minimum stay.
- High Season: $175 per night per couple and $40 for each extra person per night.
- Low Season: June, July, August $140 per night per couple and $35 for each extra person.
- Discount of $20 per person per stay if own linen is supplied (includes sheets, pillow case and towel).
- With a seven day booking the seventh day is free. ( pay for six days only )
Conditions
- Bookings online are invalid until confirmed.
- A 20% deposit is due immediately to confirm the booking. Deposit can only be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days before arrival date.
- Balance required on arrival.
- No bond required. Any damage/breakage should be reported and discussed so that compensation can be made by the tenant.
- All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations received within less than 30 days of arrival is 50% of total cost.
